    I need to do more of this. I turn my phone on silent and turn it upside down. It helps me not to look at it. I also drive without music sometimes. I love music but it definitely affects your mood.

    I definitely agree with the social media fasts! Over the summer I took a month off from Facebook and realized just how much it bogged me down. Ever since I went back I don’t check more than a few times a week and it definitely has paid off! The substitution and getting outside ideas were great and actually was what I did to get out of the social media routine.

  3. Social media fasts can be so hard for me to do, but they are a great way to unplug and focus in on bigger priorities, or just a minute of calm!
