Let’s not forget it’s still summer!!
I swear, the 4th of July passes and next thing you know the isles are filled with school supplies and people are expressing their eager for the Fall season! Believe me, I love Fall too but the summers are short and the outdoor fun with our kids are what we always long for come January so let’s not rush summer. I have created a list of outdoor summer activities to keep that summer vibe going a little longer!
Family Game Night
Have a Picnic
Watch the sun rise
Build an Obstacle Course
Attend a Free Concert
Explore nature on a hike; collect rocks, leaves, etc.
Outdoor Family Movie Night
Visit a Farmers Market
Introduce a new sport to play
Have a Lemonade Stand
Backyard Campout
Go to the splash pad
Jump on a trampoline
Play with water balloons
Make a DIY bird feeder
Feed the ducks
Make a sand castle
Fly a kite
Grab a magnifying glass and go on a bug hunt
Hopefully these are some activities that you can do with your littles before summer comes to an end! I know, I will be!
