I don’t know about you, but eating seems to be one of the hardest things when you have a new baby. Which is why I love to have easy snacks/meals on hand I can quickly grab! My heaven-sent friend brought these over for me a few weeks after I had Reese, and they were so perfect and delicious so I thought I’d share! PSA they are lactation friendly, I’ve added Brewer’s yeast to them to make them extra helpful 😉 and also gluten free as I have Celiac Disease!
2.5 C old fashioned oats
1 C plain low fat greek yogurt (I used coconut yogurt here)
2 eggs
1⁄2 C honey
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 TBSP ground flax seed
1 tsp vanilla
2 ripe bananas
2 TBSP of Brewer’s yeast
